In PLAB 2 you do not write documentation — you verbalise it. These phrases score 1–2 marks on every station. They take 10 seconds. Never skip them.

The Free Marks Rule
The examiner has a tick box: "Candidate mentioned documentation appropriately." That tick is worth 1–2 marks on every single station. Say a documentation phrase before closing every consultation. It costs nothing and takes 10 seconds.
